How do I use this product?
1. Wash it before the first use, rinse the impurities off and air dry. so the pad can absorb the oil better.
2. Lay the pack flat, apply 1-2 tablespoons of castor oil to the pack evenly on the middle of the pack, avoiding the edges.
3. Wrap the pack on your body and adjust the elastic strips to a suitable length.
4. Wear it for 45 minutes to 1 hour and enjoy the massage oil nourishing your body.
5. Remove the pack and wipe the area clean with a warm damp towel.
- You can place a hot water bottle or heating pad on top of the plastic for more heat if you wish.
- Make sure you don’t fall asleep while heating the castor oil pack as this can lead to burns or other injuries.
- Regular washing every 1-2 weeks to maintain peak performance.

- Some people may be allergic to castor oil. It may cause a skin rash or reaction when used on the body.
- If you haven’t used a castor oil pack before, do a patch test:
1. Rub a few drops of castor oil into your skin and leave it on for 24 hours.
2. If you don’t have any reaction, a castor oil pack should be safe to use.
- Avoid using castor oil packs if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding or chestfeeding. The effects of castor oil on a babies aren’t known.
- Do not heat a castor oil pack in the microwave. The cloth and oil can smoke or catch on fire.
- Do not use castor oil packs on a recent injury, wound or irritated skin, such as scratches or cuts that are healing.
- This is not meant to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose.
